• Created requirements, worked with API teams to gather input for each use case, and implemented the use cases using a test driven development approach.
• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising interns, where new interns are hired every 4 months.
• Conducted the first “User Experience” study for the UI, after researching UX methods, and presented the results to stakeholders, improving the customer experience.
• Setup and implemented an automated test system using Jenkins that reduced test time for a patch from 4 hours to 40 minutes.
